A nonprofit community-based organisation, SparkLife International works to enhance the socioeconomic standing of women and children while also halting the growth of human trafficking and exploitation globally.
SparkLife International has a valid Ghanaian registration with the Registrar General Department, National Non-Profit Organisation Secretariat (NPOS) Ghana, and Social Welfare. It also has an EIN number in the United and 501©(3) tax exemption in the United States. The organisation has a single global governing body with corresponding positions to supervise its operations.

Destiny Selormey
Destiny, is a Ghanaian who had all his education in Ghana. He holds degree in social work from University of Ghana and Master in security and justice administration from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He is social worker, feminist, relationship counsellor, migration counsellor, believer, mental health coach and advocate, victimologist, police officer, specialist in suicide prevention, facilitator, specialist in preventing and managing anger, peace and security expert, supporter of the Sustainable Development Goals and the founder of SparkLife International, a nonprofit community-based organisation in Ghana and 501 (c)(3) certified in the United States. Empowering women and children in underserved communities, halting the growth of human trafficking, advancing STEM, healthcare, agriculture, and social enterprise are our key areas of focus and target demographics.
Freyja Harris
Freyja Harris is a dedicated attorney, urban planner, and public administrator with strong leadership skills to assist organizations, communities, and individuals in achieving transformational change. Freyja is known for her over 20 years of highly proficient skill in guiding teams of diverse stakeholders and consultants through complex initiatives and strategic planning.
Freyja has a Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University Law School, a Master of Urban Planning and Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Colorado in Denver, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Florida
Dr. Raynetta Stansil
Raynetta Stansil is an MHA educated Healthcare Executive and Consultant, with extensive skills and experience across different healthcare sectors.
With progressive exposure to national and international healthcare compliance in organizations, I design and execute successful strategies to enhance quality and develop brands.
I am an adaptable, innovative transformational leader, committed to honesty, transparency, and improvement of processes.
Dr. Celia McIntosh
Dr. Celia McIntosh, DNP, RN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, CCRN, CEN, SCRN, CNRN is a highly accomplished and dedicated healthcare professional, social justice advocate, and anti-trafficking champion. With over 20 years of clinical experience, she has made significant contributions to the field as a dually certified nurse practitioner. Dr. McIntosh's passion for social justice and her unwavering commitment to combating human trafficking led her to become the immediate past president of the Rochester Coalition Against Human Trafficking.
During her tenure, she spearheaded a groundbreaking campaign that educated and empowered over 5,000 healthcare providers, community members, and faith-based organizations about the realities of human trafficking. Her efforts not only raised awareness but also equipped these individuals and organizations with the knowledge to identify and support victims of trafficking. In addition to her work with the Rochester Coalition, Dr. McIntosh currently serves as the president of the Rochester Black Nurses Association. In this role, she advocates for the advancement of Black nurses and strives to eliminate healthcare disparities within underserved communities.
Recognizing the immense challenges faced by survivors of human trafficking, Dr. McIntosh established a survivor fund during her time as the coalition's president. This fund aims to alleviate some of the financial burdens survivors encounter as they reintegrate into society. Through her compassionate approach and tireless efforts, Dr. McIntosh has demonstrated a profound commitment to supporting and empowering survivors on their journey to recovery. Dr. Celia McIntosh's extensive clinical expertise, combined with her passion for social justice and anti-trafficking advocacy, has made her a respected leader in her field. Her unwavering dedication to improving the lives of others and her tireless pursuit of justice continue to make a lasting impact in the fight against human trafficking and healthcare disparities.
Karl Klausewit
Born in 1977 on a farm in north central West Virginia, Karl Klausewitz is the child of two professors - his father specializing in computer science and his mother a kindergarten teacher. Karl's passion for coaching others began during his teenage years when he actively participated in sports. Alongside this, he had a deep love for music, particularly guitar and jazz trumpet.
Karl went on to study English Literature at UMass Amherst in Massachusetts, but it was during this time that he discovered his natural talent for coaching in various job roles, including fundraising for more than fifty different environmental, human rights, and public media organizations.
His coaching journey continued in the field of IT, where he worked in multiple positions at a local hospital, training and assisting others in computer repairs. This experience ultimately led Karl to become an engineer on a regional healthcare platform. Alongside his IT career, he avidly studied internet marketing from its early stages.
Driven by his passion for helping others, Karl made the bold decision to pursue coaching full-time. Through his collaborative coaching company, Success Marketing, he aims to make a positive impact on individuals' lives. Karl's expertise has already resulted in several publications, as well as a podcast.
In his leisure time, Karl enjoys traveling, scuba diving, hiking, and cherishing moments with his canine companion.
Rebecca Class
Rebecca Class-Peter holds an MA in International Relations and has extensive international experience in project management for not-for-profit organisations. Currently, she is the CEO of Rivka Nexus, Vice Chair of the Communications Committee for UKNOF, and a member of the AfPIF Program Committee. Rebecca previously worked at the European Internet Exchange Association in Events and Operations, where she coordinated governance policy, technology issues, outreach & marketing, as well as day-to-day association management.
Rebecca is very passionate about children and education and is interested in the development of Internet governance in Africa.
Adam
Adam Zarnowski is a former officer of the Central Intelligence Agency who specializes in
human trafficking and related offenses. He holds a Bachelor’s of Psychology from
Northern Kentucky University as well as a Master’s in Investigations specializing in
Digital Forensics from the University of New Haven along with a graduate certificate in
Trafficking in Persons investigations. Adam does not accept payment for his services
and works independently.
Alleceia M. Walker
Alleceia M. Walker is a proud mother, Howard University graduate, and lifelong change agent committed to strengthening families and communities worldwide. Since 1991, she has faithfully led service initiatives in Chicago and Washington, D.C., impacting generations through her strategic leadership and compassionate outreach.
A devoted servant leader, Ms. Walker remains deeply rooted in her faith and serves in ministries across the United States from her home base in Beltsville, Maryland. She is also an active member of several national organizations, contributing her expertise on multiple committees and boards in both Chicago and Washington, D.C.
Ms. Walker is the Founder and CEO of The I.M.P.A.C.T. Difference, an international outreach organization serving individuals from infancy through senior adulthood. Its signature programs include Parent Power; Project ESTEEM and Project RESPECT; Project TEENS; Sisters In Touch and Brothers In Touch; and the Adopt‑a‑Grandparent Initiative. The organization’s global arm, Reconnecting with Africa… One Country at a Time, reflects her deep commitment to international service.
Her first journey to Africa in 2001—an educational trip to Senegal and The Gambia with her son—sparked a lifelong passion for global outreach. For more than a decade, she has supported a school and orphanage in Kampala, Uganda, and following her maternal African Ancestry results, she is expanding efforts to Liberia, Sierra Leone, and Guinea‑Bissau. Her mission remains clear: to visit every country on the African continent and serve without limits.
Professor Laura Serrant CBE PhD
Professor Laura Serrant CBE PhD is a global, multi-award-winning Leadership development and Inclusive practice specialist, qualified nurse, professional speaker, and experienced coach. She is Director of her own Leadership Development and Executive Coaching business, Laura Serrant Limited. She is currently Chair of Sheffield Children’s Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
Laura works with Professionals and organisations to help them meet their personal aspirations, improve their business impact, client experiences and deliver their best of themselves. Author of over 100 articles, including edited books, she is one of the BBC Expert women and was named as the 8th most influential Black person in Britain by the Powerlist UK. In 2024 she was awarded an CBE for services to Workforce Development and Health Policy by King Charles lll. In 2024 she was awarded Freedom of The City of London by the Lord Mayor.
Her seminal poem ‘You Called...And We Came’ commemorates the anniversary of the Empire Windrush landing and the NHS. The poem stands as the inscription on the National Windrush Monument in Waterloo Station, London.
